My fruity porridge provides a nourishing hot start to your day or a luxurious, cosy end – you choose. The succulent apricots, sticky dates, fragrant apples and my own special twist of cinnamon combine together and lightly caramelise as you cook. Sprinkle with fresh berries to create the perfect breakfast or anytime snack.
How we like it:
I like mine made with 50/50 cold water and fresh goats milk, which I put all together in a pan on the stove and stir in a clockwise direction with a wooden spoon. I then leave mine to set for a bit in a bowl and add cold goats milk on top – divine!
Sophia has hers made with 100% goats milk so it’s super creamy and unctuous. She loves to top hers with fresh berries
